Shocking:
Respondent had a hard time figuring out what malaria is

1. err I think it causes like Blindness 2. Malaria iiiiss a bacteria in water & food transmitted by a parasite to people
3. emm heard about it on TV maybe, but cant remember what it is

Basic:
Respondents who barely know what malaria is said:
1. (thinking) a disease in areas with sewage, controlled by bed nets 2. Mmmm a disease obtained when you dwell in or drink dirty water, can be controlled with camoquine or DDT proposed by the UN 3. a global disease transmitted by mosquitoes & really problematic 4. I just know it is a disease common in Africa
