ZAUPNOST. e elite, da zunanji svetovalec ali podizvajalec ( izvajalec ) v va em imenu op ravi delo, ki vkljuuje dostop do programa ali njegovo uporabo, od izvajalca dobit e pisno izjavo o zaupnosti, ki vsebuje doloila in obveznosti v zvezi z dostopom d o programa in njegovo uporabo, ni manj omejujoa od doloil in obveznosti te pogodbe, pri emer so izkljuene vse pravice distribucije in uporabe za katerikoli drug name n. Sicer brez Intelovega vnaprej njega pisnega dovoljenja ne smete razkriti doloil ali obstoja te pogodbe, niti uporabljati imena Intel v publikacijah, oglasih ali dr ugih obvestilih.
