1. Why does the image inside a pin hole camera always appear upside down?
Because light travels in a straight line and because the hole was so small the light crosses through the pin hole.

2. The sharpness of the image inside a

pinhole camera depends on what?
It depends on how big the aperture is as the smaller the aperture the sharper the image, the bigger the hole(aperture) the less sharp it is that is why when we made our hole we used a pin as a pin hole is small

3. What does exposure time mean?

Exposure is the word which we use to describe the total amount of light which reaches the light sensitive paper or electronic chip

4. What does the term over exposed

mean? Over exposed means that there is too much light getting to the paper which means the picture will be white.

5. What does the term under exposed

mean? Under exposed means that there is not much light coming through meaning the picture will be black.

6. What do all cameras need to record

an image?
Light and something to record the image, eg. Light sensitive paper film and electronic light sensitive chip

7. What does the term aperture mean?

Aperture just means hole. A big hole lets in more light than a small hole.
