Between the Amalgamated Bean Trading Company represented by Rajesh Hegde, and Bhupinder Singh (#211 Sharada House, Lalpur Road, Ranchi) for Opening a Cafe Coffee Day Store in Main Road in Ranchi 3. Store (@ #454, Church Complex, Main Road) will be having 800 Sq ft Space, Owned by Bhupinder Singh. 4. Use your imagination and Draft a contract. Where information from the side of client is not sufficient pls put the gap. For example date of agreement, or date of execution or you can put in imaginary details. 5. Technical aspects of drafting should not be overlooked. 6. In the front page on top right corner give your name, roll no and section. 7. Should be submitted by mail on 25th by 17:00 hrs and hard copy on 26th before 12:00 hrs. 8. The Draft would be marked on a scale of 20 Marks. 1 Mark would be deducted per day on late submission and even Sundays would be counted. 9.
