On Monday Morning, AFL-CIO President to Hold Press Conference Call to Expose Romneys Deceitful Coal Campaign
On Monday, October 29 at 9:30AM ET AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka, a third generation coal miner from Pennsylvania and former president of the United Mineworkers, will host a conference call to address the misleading claims that Mitt Romney and other candidates have made about their support of coal and coal miners. Trumka will set the record straight and outline what the AFL-CIO is doing in the key states of Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia to make sure coal miners and their communities know the truth about Romneys claims.
