To Play Toss 3 dice. Write down all the 3-digit
numbers you can make. You may not use a digit twice.
Example If you toss 2, 3 and 6 you can
make 236, 263, 326, 362, 632, 623.
• Toss a coin. If it is heads, round the 3-digit
numbers to the nearest 10. If it is tails round the 3-digit numbers to the nearest 100. If you toss a tail the numbers made in the example would be rounded to 200, 300, 300, 400, 600, 600.
• Place a counter on each square which has a
number you made. For the example above, counters would be placed on 200, 300, 400, and 600.
