Nhu cu thay i (Need): C nhu cu ci tin h thng; quy trnh, quy nh, hng dn ... bao gm l do s thay i, gii thch mi lin quan ca s thay i n an ton v mi trng ( 2.1. 7A) Yu cu cn thit (Requirement): Nhn s v d liu cn thit; Yu cu thc hin (Request): Bi tu hay vn phng (ngi chu trch nhim); Chp nhn (Acceptance): SQM/Tech/ Ops Manager; Hnh ng (Action): Tin hnh hiu chnh; nh ga ri ro (Risk Assessment): tt c cc s thay i tm thi hoc lu di i vi cc quy trnh hay cc trang thit b trn tu phi c nh gi ri ro.(theo cp 2.1, element 7, 1.1 7A )
