TENANCY AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT IS MADE THISDAY OF2010 BETWEEN

Mr ATOH COLLINS FORGOH Holder of National Identify Card No 1087722307 Issued on the 2804-2008 at Limbe hereinafter referred to as the LANDLORD (which expression shall the context so admits include his Successors in title, executors, heirs and assigns) OF THE ONE PART; AND ..Holder of National Identity Card TENANT (which expression shall where the context so admits their successors in title, executors, administrators, heirs and assigns) OF THE OTHER PART WHEAREAS The Landlord hereby leases to the Tenant an apartment for the terms and conditions herein below stated. IT IS NOW AGREED BETWEEN THE LANDLORD AND TENANT AS FOLLOWS: a) That the tenancy created shall be for a period of twelve (12) months (that is from January December) at a monthly rent of 35000fcf payable in FOUR installments as full and complete payment for the 12months.The tendency shall be determined at the end of the agreed 12months. b) That the tenant must also pay a caution fee of Ten Thousand (10.000) fcfa which is refundable at the end of the tenancy. c) That the tenant must pay the three (3) months installments before he can be permitted to stay. d) That the tenant shall not carry out any alteration or developments on the premises. Any such alteration or development must be carried out only on prior notification and negotiation between the Tenant and the Landlord. e) That the Tenant must provide the Landlord a brand new sub meter to be installed for the purposes of electricity bill reading, to avoid confusion in bills.
