Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction with a ten-days package holiday that I had purchased from your

travel agency two weeks ago. Firstly, I was told by one of your agents that during the flight I would have reserved a seat in the business class. I was therefore shocked to find out at the airport that my seat was actually in the economy class and that if I would want to stay in the business class I would have to pay another 100. But this was not the only surprise I have encountered with the package purchased from your agency. At my arrival at the hotel, the receptionist could not find my name in the hotel data base. I had to call your agency to resolve the problem, but nobody answered for the first five times and this really bothered me. In the future, your agents should pay more attention and also they could be more receptive with the clients.I am also asking for a compensatin that should be at least half of the price I had paid on the package .
