Directions: This is a poster project. You will need to get a poster board, color of your choosing, at the school store. Visually your project should: Be titled and include the names of your group members. Have as the central visual piece an illustration of your deity (not printed out, but created by you). Include the hieroglyph that represents your deity. Include any monuments, temples or cities built in its honor. Information on your poster should include: What the deity represented. Connection to other deities (many are related as family). Association to any pharaohs or ancient rulers. How the deity was worshipped. Any monuments, temples, cities built in its honor. The evolution of this deity over time, ie. is it still worshipped today? Summarization of overall influence on Ancient Egyptian society. Bibliography: You must cite your sources using 7th Edition MLA formatting. On the back of your poster you must include an alphabetized list of your resources following the directions on your MLA handout.
