Instruction Gather all equipment and materials needed for the process of your dish.

Put the chicken in a coriander and wash it. In another coriander grab the vegies and wash those. Cut up the chicken into cubes and put them in a bowl. Grab your Lebanese herbs and the garlic and marinate the chicken.

After the chicken is marinated grab your skewers and put the chicken on the skewers.

Place the chicken skewers in the grill. When chicken has been put in oven start dicing up the vegetables. Continuously keep turning the chicken so it is well cooked. When the chicken is half cooked put one bread in the oven for the topping of the salad.

When bread and chicken are cooking and salad is completed make the dressing for the salad.

12. When dressing is completed cut up another piece of bread in around 8 triangle pieces. 13. When chicken is cooked take out of grill and pop it on a plate alongside the salad. 14.
