Implementing Arrangement on EPS-TOPIK Computer-Based Test (CBT)

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth duties and necessary matters in support and cooperation between the Human Resources Development Service of Korea (hereinafter referred to as HRD Korea} and the Ph.ilippine Overseas Employment Administration (herei.nafter referred to as POEA) for the smooth implementation of CBT administered by HRD Korea, pursuant to the Service Commitment Agreement of EPS-TOPIK between the HRD Korea and the POEA (hereinafter referred to as 'both parties'), under the ... EPS Memorandum - f Understanding (MOU). o

Article 2 (Basic Principles)


1. POEA shall support and cooperate with HRD Korea in the implementation of the CBT and the establishment of CBT infrastructure. POEA shall provide CBT venue, network connection,- electricity and other things related to the CBT, in accordance with agreed upon terms of use. HRD Korea shall provide the following: computers, chairs, desks, headsets, air-conditioners, etc. for the installation of CBT. .. POEA shall be responsible for the maintenance of the CBT area.

HRD Korea and POEA shall take proper measures to implement the CBT smoothly under active cooperation.

Article 3 (Duties of both parties)

1. HRD Korea shall provide computer infrastructure. and ottier needs for the implementation of the CBT, such as:
(a) Install the computers and provide the software. (b) Provide its own personnel to be in charge of the implementation of CBT. . "' " ~ . (c) Provide questionnaires, answer sheets, including the.test results posted on-line and also the official announcement for the implementation of CBT. "" " . '
