Statement of the problem

The study on job satisfaction on our Office, helps to know the preference and problem of the employees. Mainly five factors influenced job satisfaction opportunity, leadership pay, promotion and fair rewards. When these five factors were high. Job satisfaction was high in all organization. When these five factors were low. Job satisfaction is low. So the needs of the employees are carefully studied by conducting survey on job satisfaction towards our company. II. Facts of the Case

Job satisfaction plays a very important role in our everyday life, both for employees and our organizations. Organizations have significant effects on all employees and how they feel at work is reflected in their jobs as well. Based on many studies, when employees are satisfied with their jobs they will be more committed to their employer and will be more productive. Job satisfaction impacts employee productivity, well-being and consequently impacts job quality.

Course of Action

It has always been believed that conducting job satisfaction survey brings lots of benefits with it. There could be several reasons behind planning a job satisfaction survey. It is important for organizations to know the satisfaction levels of the employee. Satisfied employee are likely to be more productive and efficient where opposite holds true in case, employees have issues with the job profile, work environment, remuneration or management attitude etc.

Recommendation

A persons motivation, job satisfaction and work performance will be determined by the comparative strength of these sets of needs and expectations and the extent to which they are fulfilled. Employees would be motivated with Economic rewards such as pay, fringe benefits, pension rights, material goods and security. VI. Conclusion The CAB employees is well organised in many aspects. The workers are well experience in their field. Generally the job satisfaction level is good. Rules and regulation are maintained promptly. The relationship of workers between superiors and colleagues is satisfactory. If CAB employees correct all the few problem area means the overall job satisfaction level will be improved and this will create good impact on the department as a whole in aspects.
