Dear Sir, SUBJECT: PERMISSION TO ABSENCE FROM FIRST YUDISIUM Based on the subject above, I am MOHD HAFIZ BIN AZMI, with student number 0702005241, a student from English class batch 2007/2008 wants to inform you that I cant attend the 1st Judisium on Monday, 7th March 2011. The reason is, I have to take my renew passport in order to fulfil the requirement of new KITTAS from the immigration that need minimum 2 years of available passport. Im also had one more pending which is OSCE semester IV which will be test on Thursday, 10th March 2011. At first, I thought student that cant graduate on the first yudisium able to not coming but I asked KORDIK then, its stated there every student must go to first yudisium, unfortunately Ive already booked ticket until 9th March 2011, hence, it will cost me Rp 700,000 to change the date So, I had to skip the 1st Judisium with a heavy hearted on the date stated above. But ill be coming back at 9 th March 2011 to sit my pending OSCE semester IV exam on 10th 11Th March 2011, and follow the second yudisium that will be on 14th March 2011. I hope this letter will explain my absence on that day. Again, Im very sorry about my mistake and misinformation. Thank you for your attention and understanding.
