INTRO(Focus Point) Somehow reality television seems to be the most influential entertainment in our 21st century. The argument against it is something positive for our society? Some say it is culture oriented, but usually all we see are certain lifestyles of people just like us and idolize it, but why? Usually people who are against watching reality television or are non supporters question its importance Is it culture? Is it important? (im hoping while writing my intro itll help me narrow down what I want to answer and what I am trying to write in my paper) Some reason everyone wants to make it to the big lights or Hollywood,,even if they dont know it (unconsciously, its human nature-look up facts or scientific proof) What it coorelates to other influences(fashion, music, lifestyles, money electronics, langueage Fads *Use the term lifestyles somewhere in intro *put focus questions in to introduction HISTORY Reality televions began with the .and his decision to shoot a popularized American family on tv about their everyday likfe and called it An American Family .He took into his idea because he saw the drama being created, and even purposely tried to create more, becoming inovled in the .personal lives. This airing of An American in 1972 lead to the show The Real World cast by MTV which we still watch today in 2012

bri faig 10/22/12 11:47 AM Comment: Overall you definitely have good information to start your paper, if you do a little more research I think it will be very easy for your paper to come together. I personally think that reality television influences kids and teenagers the most and how it can change them, because they are in a tough spot and what they see on television can easily alter the way they think. You are not being too opinionated at all, you have a very good start so far It is not boring what so ever, I wouldnt really worry about that, as long as you have information throughout the paper, you will be fine.
