It is Makrooh Tahreemi (Highly reprehensible) for men to wear red and yellow clo thes which are specifically dyed with safflower (Carthamus tinctorious) and Saff ron.[1]

However, it is Makrooh Tanzeehi (undesirable) for men to wear plain red clothes which are not specifically dyed with safflower.

If the red or yellow color is broken up with another color, it will be permissib le to wear such clothing. For example, Arab shawls which have a mixture of red/y ellow and other colors.

It is permissible for men to wear clothes with all other colors.
