A Friend. In my whole high school life from my first day as a freshman, till my last days as a senior, I have met a wide variety of people. I am very picky with who I hang around with, I prefer the people who positively influence me. Whether it's pushing me to the best of my abilities, cheering me up when I need it, and just fun to be around. Three people have influenced me greatly molding me into the person I am today. People who I want to keep this bond alive, even if we go our separate ways, because we grew up together, with all the good times and the bad. This person, who I grew up with from my freshman till senior year, is a really skinny guy with glasses and is obsessed with cars and turbos alike. Ethan is such and awesome friend to have, he is a guy who greatly influenced my crazy side making me see the brighter side of life with his random, funny, energetic-ish personality. He has his moments of depression and sadness, but that's what I'm here for; I try to make him laugh with our past ideas of mischief and just plain random thoughts we have when we would just sit in class or at McDonald's and talk. In the past we wasn't as talkative towards each other, but as we got stuck in the same class, then everything just went off the sheets. Bottom line is that Ethan is someone you'll love to have as a friend, his tweakiness, his randomness, his dorkiness, and everything else that he is, makes him so lovable and fun to be with. Bowling is such an awesome sport, I grew up bowling and I've always dreamed of being a great bowler like my brother and dad. Besides just being serious about bowling, it's a great opportunity to making new friends, and that's how I met my second person who had greatly influenced me in my high school life. Cary is my Bruce Lee, because in the beginning of our friendship I always thought he looked like Bruce Lee well, reminded me of him anyway because of his hair. Bruce is a person who had influenced me to always be optimistic about things, he had a Hakuna Matata sort of personality the way I see him. He always tries to always have fun and not let the dramas get to you, life is short to be all depressed. Beginning of out friendship he was quiet towards me because It seemed I hated him because of the way I look, but after the years, our friendship grew and grew. Bruce is a really optimistic, kind hearted, and funny guy, he is someone that virtually

almost anyone can be friends with, because of his awesomely awesomeness. Finally this last person who had influenced me into trying to do the best that I can, making me achieve and more of a good boy than a mischievous one. It balances out all the other people who influence me to just have fun and such. Kerri is this girl I met in Leo Club and she seemed such a weird girl at first because of her addictions to anime and manga. She also is a scholar student, trying to be the valedictorian of her class, which is really amazing, carrying a 4.4 is just crazy, and yet she still always digs up free time to hang around with us. Kerri is this bubbly, crazy, energetic, blunt, semi-serious, cute person who likes to pick on us. She influences me to be a good boy, making right decisions, and being my blunt person like simon when I ask for opinions, she loves to torment me and make my life harder. But I still put up with her, because she is luckily super awesome. We all have a that group of people or individual we turn to, when our spirits need a lift. When we all hang out, we try to treasure all the good times we had with each other. We would hang out, watch movies, Starbucks, Liliuokalani, laughing, playing, bowling, running, or driving to Tex drive in just to pee, pretty much having the time of our lives. If it wasn't for these people I don't think Id be as strong of a person as I am today, optimistic, and happy. Because A friend is someone we turn to, when our spirits need a lift. A friend is someone we treasure, for our friendship is a gift. A friend is someone who fills our lives, with beauty, joy, and grace. And makes the world we live in, a much better and happier place to be. *** I wish I could name all of my friends but Im allowed only three. But it wouldnt feel right if I left all of these awesome people who made me into who I am today.
