in last month i bought a joystic xbox 360 ,when i arrived in my house it didnt concted in my video game.

i changed the baterry hoewer it didnt work so a called to Customer service and they said that the video game needed stay off during 10 minutes cause it will recharge the battery if the problem to remained i should buy a new joystic. the point is I take the joystic to authorized shop and the Technician claimed the joystic was defective when I bought. ,I meet this enterprise since of my chilhood and this never happened with me or soomebody that I know SO i want make a motion you return my money and give me a new joystic and i dont sue anybody, i am open on solutions. i expect a answer
