Please read the Case Study. The author made many observations about how ITIL was used or not used in designing, building and operating the Death Star, all of which could have made a difference in the Empires ability to maintain and expand its control over the known galaxy. This is an individual assignment. Submissions which are essentially identical will receive a zero. The assignment: Select a particular issue that you think the author didnt come up with the right conclusion based on ITIL. Explain what the author said, what you think is the right conclusion and most importantly, why. OR Define an issue which the author didnt address but you feel should be included. Define what the issue is, what you see as the right approach given ITIL, and why. Format: The assignment should be very brief and not more than one-half page (4-6 sentences). Please submit as a printed page (no emails please). Marking: Marking will be based on your logic and use of ITIL principles to define and argue your position.
