of sugar Put the milk in a pot to boil and add the vanilated sugar and the 4 teaspoons of normal sugar. When the milk boils put the semolina and mix it with a whisk so i t won't cloth. You leave it on heat and continue mixing until it starts to thick en. When it's done put it in a bowl. Caramelize the remaining sugar and add a li ttle water. Pour this sirup on top.
