Rename folder c:windowssystem32grouppolicy to groupPolicy.old 2. Make a new blank folder in System32 with the name grouppolicy and crete subf olders User and Machine 3. Log-off and login in again you have full access again.

    Its a very unsafe way. you will not be able to run any program except you given.

    2. make a new blank folder in System32 with the name GroupPolicy and crete subfolders User and Machine
    3. log-off and login in again
