How to Sign-on a Visitor(s) (for unescorted access) after the Welcome Center closes:
Once the Welcome Center closes either at 1900hrs

(Mon-Fri) or 1700hrs (Sat, Sun, Holidays), the SPONSOR must meet the Visitor(s) o the installation. The sponsor will have the visitor follow him in his vehicle and will proceed to lane 4 (far right lane) of the Armistead/West Gate. The sponsor will inform the Entry Controller of the need for access. Visitor(s) must be in possession of a VALID ID (Driver must have drivers license), proof of Registration and Insurance All visitors are subject to a background check
