2012 STAMPIN UP!

STEP 1: Cut eight 1" x 5-1/2", five

1" x 4-1/2" strips of paper, and a 1" square of paper.

We cut our strips and square from our beautiful Be of Good Cheer Designer Series Paper (item 126896)using the Stampin Trimmer* (item 126889) to make sure we got them just right!

Punch holes in the ends of all the strips.

The 1/16" Circle Punch (item 101227) is perfect for punching holes about 1/4" from the end of each strip. Use these holes to help you line up the ends in Step 4.

STEP 2:

STEP 3: Slightly curl each strip.

For this step, we used the Bone Folder (item 102300) to curl the strips. It worked great!

STEP 4: Make a loop with one of

the 4-1/2" strips, lining up the holes and adhering the ends. Make a teardrop shape with the rest of the strips, also lining up the holes and adhering the ends. Let dry.
Multipurpose Liquid Glue (item 110755) dries clear and creates a strong bond, making it is just right for adhering the ends of the paper strips together.

Pair up the teardrop shapes by size, lining up the holes, then adhere them together. Let dry.
The Multipurpose Liquid Glue worked perfectly for this step, too!

STEP 5:

STEP 6: Assemble the pieces, layer-

ing and adhering the smaller pieces over the larger; finish by adhering the loop in the center. Remember that 1" square you cut out in Step 1? Adhere it to the bottom of the bow to cover the punched holes.
We may have mentioned already that Multipurpose Liquid Glue works well adhering the pieces together. . .

I've got great papercrafting ideas to share!
