    Sherlock Holmes is a famous fictional detective from 19th century London. He lives at 221B Baker Street and works with his friend Dr. Watson to solve crimes through close observation and deductive reasoning. Some of his most notable cases include those found in the novels "A Study in Scarlet" and "The Hound of Baskervilles." Arthur Conan Doyle grew tired of the character and killed him off, but later brought Holmes back due to immense fan demand that continued even after Doyle's own death.
