    Remember, the D.A. has zero "discretion" on whether or not to "prosecute." If you can bring forward proper complaint, state facts clearly, and present a prima-facie case, then the D.A. MUST prosecute, and now you have the word of the Attorney General on this! Put on your thinking caps, if the D.A. fails in this duty, who would you complain to? And if the Sheriff fails to do anything, where would you take your complaint?
