The themes of the seminar talk of Strategic Management Through Beyond is Learn, Adapt, and Conquer. This seminar was held for student part 5 who take subject Strategic Management MGT 657. This seminar talk is as one of the assessment for student in this subject.

The objective from this seminar is to exposure students with more details of strategic management that implement in the company. From these seminar talks, it also will make students more understanding from the lesson that they learn in the class. In addition, it will help to increase the knowledge of students on Strategic Management subject. The students also can adopt information that they have learn at class in current situation.

The seminar talk was divided into two sessions. The first session was begun by Datuk Rozman Bin Hussin who is Chief Executive Operation of Digicity (M) Sdn Bhd. Datuk Rozman was sharing his experience in managing the company. First of all, he was explaining about his company. Digicity (M) Sdn Bhd was establishing in year 1996 with paid up capital RM30,000. However, in currently his company was paid up capital RM2.5 million for two main activities which are IT business and coolblog ice blended. The main business operation of Digicity (M) Sdn Bhd is IT business. Coolblog ice blended is a franchise and Datuk Rozman is franchisee.

Digicity (M) Sdn Bhd is a company that focusing on supply, maintenance and repair of computers and IT peripherals. For information, Information Technology industry is one of the big industries for Malaysia market at that time. The company founders saw a niche in addressing the IT needs of smaller states hence the opening of first office in Malacca. Eventhough his office at Malacca, his company are able to attract customer from other place such as from Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bharu, and many more. This is because Digicity company have are goods attitude toward their customers. Digicity is a bumiputera company that provides on-site support services be it to homes or offices. It also have fast-response services and rapid repair methods to ensure the client would not have to wait too long before continuing their work.
