INDOOR CYCLING GUIDELINES

1. Please visit ymcawnc.org to reserve your cycle bike. You can reserve up to 24 hours in advance. You cannot reserve a bike for a friend, only yourself and a family member. 2. Please arrive 15 minutes early if you are a new student, or have not taken a spin class within the last year. This is to allow the spin instructor to properly fit you to the bike, and go over the class details. 3. Please do not enter the spin room more than 15 minutes after class has started as this can be disruptive to the class. 4. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the class has started, and the class is full with a waiting list, your bike will be given to a waiting list member. 5. Please bring a towel, water bottle(s), and cycle shoes if you own them. Athletic shoes are also welcome. 6. Please wipe down your bike after you finish spinning. Stretching should be done off the bike. (bike shoes can tear the rubber & finish off the cycles) 7. Please leave the cycles in the same condition that you found them in(Shoe straps should be put back on the cycles) 8. If you can not attend your class, please cancel your reservation through the link provided in the confirmation email or revisit the registration website and cancel. You can also call in to the front desk to cancel your reservation.
