Desde la torre hasta cada celda hay unos tubos de hoja lata que permite la comunicacin entre inspector y reo y, por tanto, permite efect uar rdenes a los inspectores sin tener que moverse. Entre la torre y las celdas h ay un espacio vaco que impide a los encarcelados atentar contra los inspectores.
