Electric Work:

Electric cable of Million Company will be used under the concealed P.V.C. pipe with good quality gauge. Electric fans of Pak Fans will be installed in each room with good quality. Electric energy savers of Philips will be used. Electrical switch boards of China of good quality will be used. Solid wood with good quality fitting will be used. Solid steel grilling will be installed only on the front side of the building with medium gauge on 4 feet masonry wall measured 12 inches vertical height before corridor. Ventilators on the back side and window on front side 2 and 1, respectively with 3.75 gauge of royal quality will be used. Colouring as desire. Fine glass of good quality with 5mm gauge will be used. Normal C.C. flooring will be done as per drawing. Pak Land or Alternative. Amrili steel or Alternative. Normal masonry blocks of 4 inches good P.S.I. as per drawing.

P.V.C. of Pak Arab will be used. Master tiles and normal fittings with good quality bib cock and wash basin will be installed. White colour distemper on roof of I.C.I. with 50% oil paint and distemper respectively, one hand filling on wall with oil paint on door and grills.
