Position Title: Assistant Manager Talent & Culture Reporting to: Manager Talent and Culture Division: HCD Position Purpose This is a specialized position for helping create and implement talent management framework, acquisition strategies, and culture development initiatives. Bachelor degree in the field of business administration/ Human Resources from an accredited institution. MBA will be prefered

Experience Relevant HR or Business experience Key Responsibilities

Design and development of talent management programs Consultation with HRBP on all phases of talent management such as succession management, assessment, talent pipelines, selection processes etc. Implementation/project management of global processes such as TDP, EES and Telenor Way. Execution of the organization wide interventions according to findings of cultural climatic survey i.e., EES Identification and development of talent acquisition channels Group Liaison in areas of performance management and culture. Implementing activities geared at maintaining Telenor Pakistan as the Most Preferred employer and best place to work

Functional Skills/ Knowledge Areas The incumbent should possess: Sound understanding of Talent Management Excellent analytical skills Outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence management Sound stakeholder management skills with the ability to get things done crossfunctionally Solid sense of confidentiality and discretion Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
