What are they?


 The London Taster Course Programme provides
students looking towards attending university the
opportunity to experience life as a university student,
in the subject area of their choice.
 In 2008, twenty London universities participated in
the programme together offering over 150 different
taster courses in more than 70 different subject areas.
When are they?
 March
 April
 May
 June
 July

 The courses run from half a day to a week


Who are they for?
 Year 12 students, or equivalent. They give them the
opportunity to experience life at university before
making their UCAS application

online application form

Not only to the courses offer you an insite into studying at
university, but they also offer the opportunity of attending
a course that you may be interested in, but are not sure
about
 Do I have to stay overnight?
No, the courses are non-residential
 How much does it cost?
Nothing, the courses are free!
