Scouting Force Core Values:

1) It is our responsibility to provide recruiting education for every family who requests it. NCSA provides education for the masses, and connects the qualified. 2) Every qualified, committed student-athlete will receive a recruiting analysis with an NCSA scout, as long as they have a parent or guardian involved. 3) We inflate dreams and help student-athletes realize their full potential. 4) Every family should hang up the phone feeling better educated and empowered, even if they choose to tackle the recruiting process by themselves. 5) Every family will receive specific action steps at the conclusion of their recruiting analysis, and if the family does not enroll the scout will follow up within a specific timeframe. 6) Playing sports in college is life changing. We will demonstrate to families the power of atheladership and help them get at least one step closer to their goals, whether or not they choose to enroll with NCSA. 7) We will never turn a family away due to financial need. 8) Every family will be treated with respect, like they are part of your own family.
