Human Rights of Children

Abstract: How are children devoid of their rights all over the world? How are these rights violated? What actions are taken against the supporters of child soldiering all over the world? What different forms of violence used against children? The aim of this article is to put up an analytical research about the Human Rights of Children. The analysis continues from child labor and child soldiering to various forms of violence and abuse that children face in school and home environments. It touches upon various conventions of UDHR, and the working of the International organisations in the field of childrens rights. Objective: After the analysis, this article throws light on the working of various International organisations such as UDHR and ICC, with the focus being towards how active are their practices in the welfare of the deprived. Also, this shows that where the childrens rights are overlooked, the areas where these organisations lagging behind and come up with some possible solutions to these problems. Methodology: 1. Accumulate the statistics for the violation of childrens rights overall, and statistics for its sub-parts. 2. Analyze the work of International Organisations in the area and state a problem versus the problem solved statistics. 3. Analyze proposed solutions to the data and also the problems in implementation. 4. Recommend further solutions to this problem.
