    UNITED STATE OF AMERICA v. MARK ANTHONY MYRIE NO. 8:09-CR-572-T-30EAJ

    ORDER This case comes before the court on the motion of the Defendant for an Order to seize the computers of juror Terri Wright in this cause. Upon due consideration of the motion, and the record in this case, the court holds that the motion is well taken and should be granted. Accordingly, the United States Marshal is directed to seize juror Terri Wrights computers and bring them to Court. The defendants computer forensic expert will be permitted to inspect the computers for evidence of internet research conducted during the trial of this cause. DONE and ORDERED in Tampa, Florida on January 4, 2013.
