Cheese Buns 1 bottle of beer 3 Tbsp sugar 2 Tbsp butter or margarine 1 tsp salt 1 cup all purpose flour

ur 1 cups whole wheat bread flour 4 tsp yeast (I use the bread machine type) Place ingredients into bread machine in order listed. Set dough cycle. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, dough will be sticky. Using a knife divide dough in half, then in half again and continue until you have 16 balls. Flour hands and roll each portion into a ball. Make a hole in the centre and place onto a lightly floured stone (or greased cookie sheet). Each bun will look like a donut or a bagel. Load each bun with lots of grated cheddar and/or mozzarella cheese. Let buns rise for 30 40 minutes and bake at 350 F for 15 18 minutes. Remove from pan or stone immediately and place on a wire rack.
