We sell the clothes right off their backs They only wear them for a week anyway! Drop off: Wednesday, February 27th, 2013 5:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, February 28th, 2013 2:00-5:00 p.m. Consignors Pre-Sale: Thursday, February 28th, 2013 6:00-8:00 p.m. (You can bring a friend)! SALE: Friday, March 1st, 2013 8 am to 6:30 pm Saturday, March 2nd, 2013 8 am to 3 pm
(half price sale is Saturday 1 to 3pm)

Welcome to Growth Spurt Consignment Sale! Get ready to clear out your closets and make some money! If youd like to consign with us, you will need to have at least 25 items. This consignment sale is for Fall/Winter only. Please, NO stained clothing. Your items will be checked at drop-off and stained or damaged items will be refused. Consignors are responsible for putting all your clothing items on the correct racks once they have been checked. There is a registration fee of $10 that helps cover our expenses. Your non-refundable registration fee must be received prior to February 20th in order to confirm your spot in the sale. Please mail to the address listed at the end of this packet. Registration fee after this date will be $15 and will be collected at drop-off. We advertise through the Knox News Sentinel, Facebook, Craigslist, flyers, and other avenues that may open up for us. How much $$ will you make? Heres the breakdown

No shift worked = You get 75% of your sales One shift worked = You get 80% of your sales sales
Please provide us with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to receive your check. Bring it to drop-off along with your completed consignor agreement. If you would like for your tags to be mailed with your check, additional postage must be added and should be indicated of your form. We will be emailing you a flyer, please email this to friends! If you have any ideas on where to post it, let us know! We will try to have flyers around town, but WORD OF MOUTH is best! Also, you can promote this sale via your Facebook page and on Twitter! TAGGING ITEMS If your items are already tagged from a previous sale, that is fine. Please let us know your consignor number. No need to change tags, we accept all kinds. For all other items, please purchase string tags. You can find these in the office supplies at Wal-Mart. They are cheap. When you confirm w/us that you want to consign, we will give you a consignors number. This is how we will keep track of your money earned/items sold. We are not responsible for any items that may lose their tags, items that have their tags switched, or items stolen. Hopefully the folks coming to our sale will be honest! Eligible for selling: childrens clothing, maternity clothes, childrens shoes in great condition, baby equipment (beds, cribs, playpens, strollers, high chairs, linens, picture frames, etc) and toys for all ages, games, books, puzzles, DVDs/Videos (G & PG-rated), outdoor items, etc. NO stuffed animals except licensed characters (ex. Dora the Explorer). Clothing must be on hangers. Please hang items w/the hook of the hanger going to the left as you look at the front of the garment. Secure your string tag with a safety pin (do not use small, gold pins or straight pins) to the right shoulder seam (or right side of clothing). Fill out your clothing tags with the following information: No. 100 (your consignor number) Style: Green polo shirt

Toys & Accessories: Fill out tags as seen above and tape them to the items. Be sure to include a description of the item on the tag. Small items such as socks, hair bows, onesies, etc. can be grouped together in ziplock bags and priced as one piece. Tape your tag to the ziplock bag. Please put all small toy parts and attachments in ziplock bags and secure to main toy. Items should be priced in 50 cents increments ONLY! All items must be priced starting at $1.00. If you have inexpensive items, put them together in a Ziploc bag and sell them as one item. IF YOU HAVE ITEMS THAT YOU DONT WANT TO SELL AT HALF PRICE, PLEASE PUT A DIME-SIZED RED DOT ON THE FRONT OF YOUR TAG!!!! Keep in mind, if you would not buy it, dont put it in the sale!!! Zip ties work best for securing shoes together. They can also be used for larger items. Work schedule: Shifts are based on a first-come, first-served basis. We have shifts on the drop-off day and sale days. Shifts are in 4-hour increments. We cant do this without you. *When you purchase items from the sale, please bring cash, check, or credit/debit card. We will no longer be taking IOUs (out of your check).

*Please leave your kiddos at home when you work your shift. Its also advised to leave them home when dropping off for safety reasons. *If you are working back-to-back shifts, please bring a lunch and well give you a break! Pick Up: Sunday, March 3rd 3:00-5:00pm Items will be sorted by consignor number once the sale ends on Saturday and must be picked up on Sunday. We will have a donation box if you would like to donate any of these items. All items not picked up will be donated to a local charity. _____ If I work 2 shifts, I will receive 85% of my sales. If I work 1 shift, I will receive 80% of my sales. March 3rd, 2013 will be donated to charity. _____ Items without a tag will be placed in Lost & Found. It is my responsibility to check for and identify any of my items at pick-up. _____ Growth Spurt is NOT responsible for theft, loss, or damage to any of my items. _____ My proceeds check will be mailed to me within 2 weeks after sale.
