STUFFED PITA

1 Josephs Pita Bread Onion, chopped Green bell pepper, chopped Mushrooms Garlic powder Cumin 1/3 cup Morningstar crumbles Heat pan and spray with nonfat butter spray. Simmer fry vegetables and spices. Add crumbles until heated. Cut pita in half and lightly toast in oven. Stuff pita with vegetables. Drizzle a little bit of Walden Farms ranch dressing over the top.
