    With the objective of ensuring that all Human Resource related concerns (e.g. inquiries and clarifications regarding payroll computations, salaries et. al) are clarified and addressed promptly and satisfactorily, all MQCPI personnel are hereby given the option to course through their HR related concerns directly to the Office of the President, effective immediately. Rest assured that all concerns shall be personally acted upon by the Office of the President and be dealt with utmost confidentiality. However, you may still inquire directly to the Human Resource office if you have any clarifications and queries. Attached herewith is the HR clarification sheet. Please be guided accordingly. Thank you for your usual support.
