Santa Fe Competition 10/13/12 Itinerary *Have a great sleep the night before* **Make sure to eat a good breakfast!

** ***Bring a bag lunch and bring money for purchasing dinner and snacks*** ****Make sure to drink lots of water and keep yourself hydrated**** Saturday, October 13 8:00am Arrive at Wharton wearing the following: Under the Uniform Items: Show Shirt Navy Blue or Wharton Gym Shorts Black NYLON Socks Polished Black Marching Band Shoes Make sure you have your music/drill, your instrument is polished and that you have your White Gloves (Pure White Bleach your gloves if you need to or purchase a new pair) 8:15am Visual Rehearsal 10:30am Load Buses 10:45am Depart for Santa Fe (Lunch Enroute) 1:00pm Arrive at Santa Fe: Santa Fe High School 16213 NW US Hwy 441 Alachua, 32615

Unload Trucks (Percussion/Parents) Stretches/Visual Block Move to Warm Up Warm Up (Site A) Staging for Performance Performance Travel back to buses Watch Bands (Fleming Island, Nease, Gainesville) Awards Ceremony (Drum Major Retreat)

If we make Finals Schedule will be adjusted at that time. If we do not make finals, we will go home. Dinner will be between 5 and 6pm. Finals is from 7:00pm to 9:30pm 9:45pm Full Band Retreat 10:00pm Award Ceremony 10:30pm Load Buses to Wharton 1:00am Arrive at Wharton

Ticket Prices
Ticket prices are $10.00 per adult at the gate. Children/Students (5 years through K12) are $8.00. Children under five will be admitted free. Wristbands will be issued with your gate purchase. The first competing band is scheduled at 10:30am.

From I-75 To get off of I-75 use US-441N exit #399 towards Alachua/High Springs. Merge onto US-441N/SR-25N/Martin Luther King Blvd/SR-20W towards High Springs. The School will be on the right hand side about .6 miles.
