    SL Tasks/Particulars 1. Network Operation monitoring of Core Network Equipment, Soft switch (SS), Media gateway (MGW), MUX & Poi_MUX etc at NOC From 10.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m. 2. 3. 4. 5. Monitoring of all Critical, Major, Minor, Warning alarms. Closely monitoring all the equipment status running normally & taking action according the problem severity within duty period. Monitoring & Check the different types of rack & board status of all equipment. E-mail checking continuously & monitor all network elements and services.
