CALL BARRING Sir, I have been using Cellone post-paid mobile for the last 4 years (NO : 9446437598

) . Since 2008 I have been paying the bill through Internet by using SBTonline a ccount of State Bank of Travancore through BSNL Site. All these payments were ma de well in time. As usual i have paid the bill for the month of June 2009 on 22.07.2009 (Rs.720/) through Internet. The last date for payment was 23.07.2009. My account with SB T was debited by Rs.720/- and also got a receipt for the same amount from BSNL ( Receipt No. 88888519701/ 22.07.2009- copy attached). But BSNL barred all my outgoing calls on 28.07.2009 on which date may father -in -law died and I was very very badly in need of the phone. Immediately I have co ntacted BSNL "Customer Care" and the answer given was "your payment was not yet received". After that he added you can lodge a compliant or you contact to BSNL office. After paying the bill in time why again I have to go behind them with co mpliant and also I had no time also on that day. But I have contacted one of my friends in a local BSNL exchange and he tried his level best with all available details including receipt number with heigher off icials in Trivandrum to solve the problem. But nothing happened. Again I contact ed with Customer care on 29th July twice ut the response was very much negative and they washed their hands by simply asking to lodge compliant... At last today (30.07.2009) the problem was solved and by the time the sufferings , tensions I have undergone was beyond the lines. Who will compensate the financ ial losses, mental tension and harassments caused because of the cruel, negligen t actions of BSNL? Even after continues, timely follow up through various channe ls provided by the BSNL turns futile... Please compensate the losses, tensions harassments face by me...
