Inter school U 18 - Futsal Challenge 2013

A team name and team captain must be listed before the registration is submitted.
Registrations are due by 24th January 2013 Thursday by 9.00pm
A minimum of 7 players must be on the roster at the time of registration
Tournament fee payment is required at the time of registrations NO EXCEPTIONs
Persons must be between the age of 13 18 years of age. Persons born before 25th January 1994 are not eligible.
Teams consist of 5 players on the floor at one time(4 players + 1 goalie)
All tournament participants must sign a liability waiver before they may play.
SHIN GUARDS ARE REQUIRED.
Additional rules will be issued in the second wave of contact.
