    CASE STUDY SHOULD BE DONE. 1.Objective of the project:- what,why etc?? 2.Concept Clarity:- which can include answers like better service by the company,Quicker process,Better customer etc 3.Mod us operandi:- You advice me which to go for:- 1 questionnaire or 2.Findings 4.Recommendation 5 Conclusion This is the pattern my faculty wants the CASE STUDY done what ever notes or presentations you have please do only on that,if ur asking me to do questionnaire they should have 30 questions atleast.
