Print Head Cleaning

To run a cleaning cycle: go to the printer properties, go to the maintenance tab, run one or two cleaning cycles with a nozzle check after each one. If there is no improvement after two cycles, then the print head needs more maintenance. If the cleaning cycles did not work then: remove the ink tanks from the printer, remove the print head, get a saucer or shallow dish and put of hot water in it, set the print head in the water for 30 min. dab on a folded paper towel, do NOT scrub, replace the print head and ink tanks, run one cleaning cycle and a nozzle check. If it is still not working correctly you can try the cleaning soak another time, but you probably need a new print head.
