Alpha Company News Greetings from the Alpha Company FRG!

We hope that everyone had a festive holiday season and the new year of 2013 has begun with great things. Our FRG, with the financial help of the Command section, hosted a holiday party for the awesome, hardworking Soldiers of Alpha Company. There was great food, cupcakes, and good times had by all. The Alpha Company FRG will continue to support the hard work of our Soldiers and their Families alike. We have an FRG meeting planned for Thursday January 24th at 5:30pm at the SSA Warehouse. We are hosting a pot luck dinner and will be discussing fundraisers, upcoming events and information to be shared with the family members of Alpha Company. Soldiers, family members, significant others and anyone else that would like to be involved in the great things we have going on in our FRG are welcome to attend. Alpha Company has several volunteer positions open at this time. We are currently looking for a Secretary, Assistant Treasurer, Co-Leader and many Key Callers. Key Callers are an integral part to an FRG. They make monthly calls to Family members to touch base, share information and keep open communication between the FRG and our Families. This will be a great resource to keep current on FRG news, training events, and keep up with the hard work of the great Soldiers of the Company. We will be hosting a Soldier of the Week to spot light a different hardworking Soldier from Alpha Company and will be posting pictures from various events that are held. Check it out!
