At the 3rd of September 2010, My Danc Alliance had brought us a fantastic show called DANCEBOX.

It was held at The Actors Studio at Lot 10. 7 choreography or piece were presented that night. One of the piece are JUXTAPOSITION. Juxtaposition was a colourful contemporary dance display, with stylistic music that enhances the dynamism of modern body movement. 4 girls were dance in this piece. its not to bad but I like the choreography. Next piece were BUBBLE. It was a solo performance and this piece were special because it using a live music. I love this performance so much. It was a new vocabulary because it using different part of the body. The third piece is IQRA. Iqra was taken from Arabic word thats mean read. Dance by 3 male dancer and 1 female dancer. This piece were using the combination of malay and contemporary movements. By the way, it was a nice piece. Next was a solo performance and the piece were called DANCE COLLAGE. This piece were using mostly ballet techniques. In this piece has 2 section. In the second section, she dance with ballet shoes. The piece were not 2 bad. The fifth pice were 3 IN 1. The performance was very bad and boring. A lots of rolling in the choreography. The dancer techniques were very bad. Im not interesting with this piece. The next piece were called QUDUS. It was a solo performance. Firstly, the dancer were dance inside the material. Then, a slide show appears. Its story about an abandon. This piece mostly using improvisation movements. I like this performance. Last but not least, IT AINT FLOWER. Perform by 2 couple. The piece were using modern and contemporary movement. It is not to bad but I enjoy the performance. Overall, the performance were quite good and give me a new knowledge about dance movements and choreography.
