Student multiple choice question template

Instructions for completion: Overwrite all blue text including: chapter and question number; answer options (deleting as appropriate whether correct or incorrect only one option can be correct). You can have between 2 and 8 answer options; general feedback and page reference. Do not alter any black text. Essential points for authoring The questions and answers will not be randomized, so please do not make the same answer option correct for every question. Do not underline text as this will look like a hyperlink but will not function as one. Use bold to emphasise a word or part of a sentence. Do not use capital letters for emphasis, this causes problems for the visually impaired who use screen readers. Instead use bold to emphasise a word or part of a sentence. Ensure all sentences are fully formed, e.g. if the question and answer form a sentence then punctuate appropriately. Avoid any surplus spaces or tabs. Page numbers must be included after all feedback. You will not be able to do this until your book is at proof stage. You may wish to add references to your manuscript initially to help you locate the relevant content in your proofs. This template will currently hold up to 10 questions. If you wish to include more than 10 in any chapter, please copy and paste further tables at the end of this document.
