INGREDIENTS: 1 banana 2 cups frozen unsweetened fruit such as strawberries, peaches, or blueberries cup milk 8 ounces of low-fat vanilla yogurt or silken tofu DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
