Note: these colors are arranged spreading from the center, and this should be kept in mind while viewing them. 1) LOVE Monochromatic harmony All team members immediately identified red as a color with strong connotations of love. As this reaction was so unanimous, and no other color was nearly as representative, we chose to stay with shades of red, varying only the seriousness and passion levels by adding white and black to red to create shades.

2) HEALTH Analogous harmony The colors we most associated with health were green and yellow. We wanted to avoid straying into blue, as the connotations of sadness would associate it with sadness and sickness. On the other hand, orange suggests a healthy glow, so is acceptable. Putting these observations together, we created an analogous harmony centered around a yellow-green.

3) HOPE Analogous Harmony For hope, we wanted to create a scene of trees and a clear blue sky, with pure white light shining down. We thus created an analogous harmony centered around blue-green, with pure white as well.
