NCTM REPORT January 26, 2013 NCTM is gearing up for the annual conference in Denver this year.

April 17 20. There are more than 700 sessions, workshops and Burst presentations. Burst presentations are new this year 30 minute presentations that focus on a specific topic or idea. The Featured Presentations include: Mayim Bialik (Big Bang Theory Sheldons girlfriend, a Neuroscientist and TI spokesperson); Vi Hart, Khan Academy; and Uri Treisman (UT Austin) as well as Kathryn Chval (U of Missouri); Stuart Firestein (Columbia); Carol Malloy (Glencoe); Ruth Parker (Mathematics Ed Collaborative); Alan Schoenfeld (Berkeley); and Peg Smith ( U of Pittsburg).
